Starting this week, you're going to be seeing a lot of Saoirse Ronan.
The 15-year-old Irish lass will be appearing on the big screen in The Lovely Bones, which begins a limited run starting Friday, and because she's already been nominated for an Academy Award — at 13! — she's someone to keep your eye on.

1. Her full name is Saoirse Ronan and it's pronounced SEER-shah RO-nuhn. Note: An entry on Wikipedia incorrectly states that her middle name is Clodagh.
2. Although she's Irish, she was born in the great island of Manhattan, where her parents Irish actor Paul Ronan (Veronica Guerin) and wife Monica were residing. They relocated to the Emerald Isle when she was three.
3. She's an only child.
4. The actress has Border Collie named Sassy.
5. She calls her Bones costar Amanda "AJ" Michalka one of her best friends.
