Sean Penn & Robin Wright Penn Call Off Divorce... Again!
Decisions, decisions! Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn are having a hard time deciding whether to stay married or get divorced.
Earlier today the Oscar winner filed legal papers to dismiss his legal separation from his actress wife — who is currently in France serving on the jury at the Cannes Film Festival.
Believe it or not, is the second time the actor has rescinded divorce papers. In December 2007 the couple started proceedings, then withdrew their divorce petition in an attempt at reconciliation.
Star was the first to tell you things were rocky between the pair again back in March when we revealed that Sean was seen in a passionate embrace with Natalie Portman.
"They went to a bank of elevators that only goes to the spa or to private rooms," an eyewitness told Star. "They came back about 45 minutes later, and that's when I saw them making out."
While reps for both stars deny they hooked up, Sean has a reputation as a womanizer and Robin — mother of his two teenage children, daughter Dylan, 17, and son Hopper, 15 — has endured his straying throughout their almost two decades as a couple.
