Selena Gomez Works Her Magic
Her relationship with heartthrob Nick Jonas didn't work out, but Selena Gomez will always have her BFF Demi Lovato.
"Demi and I have always been there to support each other," says the Disney darling in Teen Vogue's June/July issue (on newsstands May 19). "We both go through a lot, so it's nice to know that no matter what, I'll always have her." In fact, the pals just wrapped the Disney Channel movie Princess Protection Program, set to premiere on June 26.
Besides acting, Selena, 16, has also been working hard on a debut album. She even helped write the lyrics to a song called "Beautifully Disturbed," which she says is a nickname that a "very special person" gave her — nope, it wasn't Nick! Though she's tight-lipped about 
her breakup with the youngest Jonas, she's moving on. "I used to say that I wanted someone cute and nice, an actor too, so he'd get it. But now I think it would be good for me to date someone who's not in the business," says Selena. "Being cool...is just not attractive to me."
But it looks like she's finding her "no actors" policy tough to enforce: Selena's been spotted getting close to Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner!

I have to agree, her outfit on TeenVOUGUE is ugly, but it could have been the photgrapher's idea. Anyway, Salena should be with Taylor beause they are both good looking and would make the CUTEST couple! Nick was just foolish to leave her.
