Shia LaBeouf has been transforming into a doting boyfriend now that he's been dating his Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps costar Carey Mulligan.

Last week they had a PDA-filled dinner date at NYC's Mad Dog & Beans cantina and just yesterday they were seen strolling hand-in-hand in Soho.

"They were so cute together," one eyewitness who saw them tells Star.

Is it just me, or does she remind you a bit of Michelle Williams?
