Spencer Wants Calf Implants!
The Hills star Heidi Montag is no stranger to plastic surgery, and now her boyfriend, Spencer Pratt, plans to get calf implants to look more buff.
"Spencer works out with a trainer almost daily, but he can't get rid of his skinny legs, and it drives him nuts. Heidi even nicknamed him Chicken Legs!" a pal tells Star. "Spencer is secretly insecure about his legs."
But he still hasn't gone through with the surgery. "He knows it's a painful procedure."

Both Heidi and Spencer are superficial and fake, from their looks to their personalities! Spencer thinks he's the hottest s*** out there, come on-look at the dude! He's def. no prize! Heide needs to get her nose out of the clouds and realize she's not hot s*** either...they both need a serious serious reality check!

I understand what spencer is going through, but I just did that procedure and I'm happy I have same problem skinny legs. I felt insucure eps around my girls and they have really well shape legs!! I'm a girl and I feel I the need to wear shorts and I don't feel comfortable wearing it because I wasnt happy with my legs!! Now I'm complete and the pain wasnt that bad, only thing I was annoyed by was the walking I couldn't walk up right for a week but after that I was good to go!! I did my procedure in Miami and flew back home to NYC in 9 days!!! Pain I didnt mind infact I didnt even take the pain killers that the doc prescribe I sometimes take advil!!
