Taylor Swift Has Lotsa Reasons to Celebrate

Taylor Swift is kickin' ass and takin' names.

It was announced today that 19-year-old singer/songwriter has surpassed the 10 million milestone for album sales. And, more notable, she has sold over 20 million paid song downloads — which is more than any artist (Kenny Chesney, Shania Twain...) in country music history.

As if that isn't big enough news, Joe Jonas' ex also received four Country Music Association Award nominations this morning, including Entertainer of the Year, making her the first female solo artist in nine years to make the cut in the guy-dominated category.

"I am jumping up and down surrounded by dogs and my mom and screaming like it's Christmas morning," she posted on Twitter in reaction to her nominations. "I'll never forget this."

Later she added video footage taken while she — along with her mom, dogs and a pal — breathlessly watched the nominations being announced on TV. Hooting, hollering and hugging included.

It's the kinda footage you wish all celebs recorded so after their heads swell to epic proportions they can rewatch it and remember that feeling of unjaded excitement. It's pretty cool to see.
