TV's most outrageous female comic returns for the third season of her bizarre sitcom, making it edgier and more pseudo-sitcommy than ever. When Sarah's sister Laura (Laura Silverman) tells her she wants to stop paying for Sarah's living expenses (except for necessities), she also reveals a long-hidden secret: that Sarah was born with two sets of genitals - one male and one female. So Sarah grows a mustache and embraces the dude within, in alternately funny and disgusting ways. Meanwhile, her gay neighbors (Brian Posehn, Steve Agee) have to deal with the ghost of a neighbor they accidentally killed with their remote control. Silverman's humor is squirmy and weird and rarely laugh-out-loud funny - but the girl has guts.
