Patricia Arquette Files for Divorce
While Courteney Cox Arquette recently said that she doesn't believe in divorce, her sister-in-law Patricia Arquette does!
Earlier today the Medium star has filed for divorce from her second husband, actor Thomas Jane, citing irreconcilable differences, TMZ reports.
The couple married in June 2006 after a four-year engagement and have a 5-year-old daughter, Harlow.
Patricia was previously married to Nicolas Cage, though nine months after their 1995 wedding they reportedly split, only to continue appearing publicly as a couple. Their divorce wasn't official until 1998. Thomas was previously married to actress Aysha Hauer.
The actress also has a 20-year-old son, Enzo, from a previous relationship with musician Paul Rossi.
Courteney, wife of Patricia's brother, David Arquette, recently talked marriage and divorce with the Daily Mail, saying: "I get shocked by people getting divorced all the time, that's why I choose to work on it. Therapy helps us. It's so easy to grow apart; marriage takes work. I suppose you can work it out by talking to each other -- I would just prefer to have a referee, it reminds us why we're together... I don't know what the future's going to hold, but divorce isn't really an option."

Divorce is a horrible road to walk, no one goes there lightly. The emotional ghosts stay forever & No one can judge someone else's situation.
But I do like the 'date George Clooney' Suggestion, They would have beautiful children.............but he has probably had himself snipped. Oooohhh! All those woman & no boo boo's yet! -- divorce is painful

you know everyone's situation is different, no one should be judging other people's choices. you never know what goes on behind closed doors. oh and when people get married i highly doubt they think they'll get a divorce.
