Tom Cruise: Daddy Dearest
Since Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman divorced in 2001, it has been rare to see their children, Isabella and Connor, with their mother — and now Star can reveal why!
In the Jan. 5 issue of Star — on sale Dec. 24 — we report that Tom had special papers drawn up shortly after his split from Nicole that carefully spelled out all the details of his wife's visitation rights, according to an insider who's familiar with the documents.
The highly confidential agreement — kept under lock and key at the office of one of Tom's lawyers — limits the time Nicole sees the kids, how much exposure she can have with them and when overnight visits are allowed, says the insider. "She doesn't go anywhere with those kids without Tom's say-so."
Although Tom's rep denies it, it's not just Nicole's physical interactions with the teenagers that are monitored. All her calls to Tom's house are documented, and no correspondence occurs between them without Tom's knowledge — and that includes e-mails, reveals the insider.

Cruise and his robot wife could fall off the face of the earth for all I care. Feel bad for the kids though, Scientology is a horrible, horrible CULT! What ever happened to Katies "minder", now that she is brain washed, she doesnt need one anymore????

Tom Cruise uses his kids Isabella and Conner to hold on to Nicole. I think it is damaging for the kids and I think Tom is a freak. Nicole is a classey lady and I don't think Tom thought she'd ever find new love. I'm soo happy for Nicole and Keith and soon Tom will not be able to control the kids that new Nicole as their mother. My X-husband did the same thing to me and the girls never talk to him now. Tom is in a world of his own. Nicole looks much happier now and she deserves it. Nicole is a good mother... Look at her with Sunday Rose. Tom is still in love with her.

why would a man have custody of the children over a mother? there must be some psychiatric coocoo syndrome that nicole has otherwise no dad would win custody over a mom, not a normal mom.

Its funny because you really dont see him with the kids either! So why the hell should he get a say in when she sees them? I find this story hard to believe anyways. I read a few weeks back that their son, I think, dyed his hair blue but had to call and ask his dad first, that led me to believe they live with her. I dunno what the hell is going on, I just hope they all manage too flee him before his spaceship comes to get and return him to his home planet!!
