Uma Thurman's Stalker Convicted
Don't mess with Uma Thurman. After just one day of deliberations, Uma's stalker has been convicted. Jack Jordan was convicted of fourth-degree stalking and second degree aggravated harassment. However, he was found not guilty of two charges of aggravated harassment. He faces up to a year and three months of jail time. Uma and her parents testified in court against the crazed fan, who was accused of trying to contact Uma many times from 2005 to 2007. Do you think Uma's stalker should go to jail for his crimes — or do you think he'd be better served with counseling sessions? Tell us what you think.

Restaining Order and a Body guard. I had an ex boyfriend stalk me, steal shit from me, abused me, kicked in the back of my car and he only went to jail overnight for the robbery of my purse. Elsa your right my restaining order didnt really do much it was my older brothers that did lol. But its still good to have.

I am certain that Ms. Thurman tried everything she could to avoid the need for law enforcement. Sometimes even restraining orders don't cut it. You shouldn't have to take a chance with anyone even if they are sick like Mr. Jordan. Hopefully now he will leave Ms. Thurman in peace because she has the media to worry about as it.

I don't think they are given enough time behind bars. I think the photographers that hound people should also suffer the same fate.

He should go to jail. Stalking is wrong whether your a movie star or not. She has rights!
-- Jode
sure he should. No one has the right to make another person feel unsafe. Who knows what would have happened had he not been held accountable.

Of course he should be in jail, and never let out. He's going to kill someone eventually. He'll be just another one that should have been stopped now. What's new?
