Will Smith Not Converting To Scientology
Will Smith may be friends with Tom Cruise, but that doesn't mean he's tight with Xenu! The actor went on the offensive to deny reports that he's been drafted into the Church of Scientology.
"You don't have to be Jewish to be a friend of Steven Spielberg," Smith told the New York Daily News. "You don't have to be a Muslim to be a friend of Muhammad Ali. And you don't have to be a Scientologist to be a friend of Tom Cruise."
Rumors of a conversion surfaced after Smith and wife Jada Pinkett Smith were spotted on double dates with Tom and Katie Holmes, most recently at L.A.'s Cut restaurant last week.
But, Smith said, there were no conversions over coffee. "I am a Christian. I am a student of all religions. I respect all people and all paths." Even paths that involve space aliens?

Will Smith seems like such a stand-up man. He has a beautiful, supportive family, and seems to support his wife in her endeavors, as well. He really does get all the credit when it comes to putting "rap on the map." He was the first and best. We love you, Will..stay strong!

Why do people like Tom even act like such a** holes...he has no idea what it is like to have a normal life, one with little to no money, pain that most of all of us have. Look at what he said to brooke, I think he was very irresponsible for saying anything to a new mother. ppd is something very serious! And as far as will goes....he is intellegent! Great actor (much better than Tom) and he isnt a man who gives way too much of an opinion when it is not needed!

It's nobody's business but Will's.He said that he is "a Christian...(and)a student of all religions".Proverbs 2:4-5 'If you...search...as for hidden treasures; then you will...find the knowledge of GOD.' We have to delve even into those "dark" places to seek out the TRUTH.

I just saw "The Pursuit of Happyness" on dvd, and I cried like a baby...Since my divorce, my 2 kids and I have been through hell, like a lot of people...This movie really touched me, because it continues to give me hope when I have lost everything... I work more than one job, and slept in my car for awhile, then didn't even have a car...Thank you Will Smith, for making this movie...
