Brooklyn Beckham Shares Sweet Tribute to Father-in-Law Amid Reported Feud With Dad David Beckham

Brooklyn Beckham is sending Nicola Peltz’s dad birthday wishes as his relationship with his father, David Beckham, seemingly remains strained.

On Tuesday, June 24, Nicola’s dad, billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz, turned 82 years old. The chef, 26, posted a sweet photo on his Instagram Story of him and Nicola, 30, with the investor.

“Happy birthday Nelson x we love you ❤️,” the photographer wrote in white text on top of the snap.

The model, for her part, posted a throwback photo on her Instagram Story of her dad holding her in the air as a baby.

“happy birthday to my king!! i’m so lucky to call you my dad you’re the most loving and supportive dad i could ever dream of! i love you so much!! i hope all your wishes come true!!” she wrote on top of the picture.

Brooklyn has been spending more and more quality time with his wife’s family as of late. As Star previously reported, earlier this month, the couple attended the influencer’s older brother Will Peltz’s 39th birthday party in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, Brooklyn and Nicola are reportedly feuding with his family after they skipped out on David’s 50th birthday celebration in May. All of Brooklyn’s siblings, including Cruz, Romeo, and Harper, attended the event.

A source told People that Brooklyn didn’t show up because Romeo, 22, brought his then-girlfriend of 7 months, Kim Turnbull, as his date. The insider alleged that Brooklyn and Turnbull, 24, dated, but Kim put those reports to rest on Monday, June 16.

“I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question,” she wrote on her Instagram Story, referring to Brooklyn. “Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16. I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation & set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.”

Romeo and Turnbull broke up shortly after.

There have also been reports of bad blood between Nicola and Brooklyn’s mom, Victoria Beckham, which allegedly began over a wedding dress, according to an insider who spoke to People.

Brooklyn’s post for Nelson also comes after he opted not to shout out David on social media for Father’s Day — however, the newly-knighted soccer pro included Brooklyn in his own Father’s Day post, sharing an Instagram carousel with pictures of him and his four kids.

“My most important & favourite job in life is being a dad… I’m so proud of all of you and like daddy (sorry boys) tells you every single day, I will always be here for you no matter what,” David wrote in the caption, tagging his wife and each of his children. “Mummy, thank you for doing the most important part and making me a father. There is no greater gift in life than making me a dad… Happy Father’s Day… I love you kiddies more than you could imagine.. 🩷🩷🩷🩷.”
