Harry Potter’ Star Rupert Grint Has No Plans to Wed Georgia Groome After Welcoming Baby No. 2
Hold a spot at Hogwarts! Harry Potter’s Ron Weasley has another wizard on board. On April 28, Rupert Grint revealed on Instagram that he and longtime girlfriend Georgia Groome had welcomed baby Goldie, after having kept the pregnancy hush-hush.
The low-key couple, already parents to daughter Wednesday, 4, are loving being the parents of two. “Rupert is hands-on and happy to take over when Georgia needs a break, and Wednesday’s so excited to have a new sibling,” says a source. “Rupert and Georgia had been reading her stories about what to expect.”
Don’t assume the new addition will send the parents down the aisle. The 36-year-old has called his 14-year partnership with actress Georgia, 33, “a very natural thing,” adding, “We think the same way…that’s why it’s lasted.” Explains the source, “They see no need to make it official. They haven’t said never, but they feel things are perfect, so why rock the boat?”
