Seth Rogen and Lauren Miller’s Wild First Date Involved a Stolen Car and Three Lanes of Traffic
The date wasn’t the problem for The Studio star Seth Rogen, 43, and his filmmaker wife Lauren Miller — it’s what happened after.
“The night of our first date, we went and played mini golf,” Lauren, 43, recalled, “and then got in a major car accident on the freeway.
A 16-year-old had stolen his dad’s car and hit us, drove off, and we spun across three lanes of traffic.”
Seth’s ride was totaled, but the relationship survived and they’ve been married for 14 years.
In the years since, the couple has leaned into their shared sense of humor — and their shared projects.
Lauren directed Seth in the 2012 short film Life Happens, and the pair have continued to collaborate behind the scenes while keeping their relationship refreshingly low-key.
